Ryan Dugas
Operations Manager
Ryan Dugas is an experienced and integral part of the management team at Stella Maris. With the company since 2006, Mr. Dugas started as a manufacturing technician and held the title of project manager before becoming Stella Maris' operations manager in 2009. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2006 and worked on offshore drilling rigs throughout college. Through his work at Stella Maris, Ryan has gained experience with the design and manufacturing of drilling equipment, subsea hydraulic systems and chemical injection systems. His experience in the oil and gas industry helps bring projects to a successful and efficient fruition.
Stella Maris on the Move
Stella Maris recently relocated to newly built headquarters, marking a major expansion of its manufacturing facility in Lafayette, Louisiana. The new expanded facility has tripled our footprint to a total of 22,000 square feet.

We have the capacity to design and build customized systems that cater to your subsea operation’s specific needs — from hydraulic power units to a variety of user-friendly control systems. We also provide local or on-site testing that ensures proper functionality for seamless integration.
