Project Overview: Designed for use on an offshore, unmanned platform to control 3 wellheads
Specs:
- Footprint: 15’-6” L x 5’-0” W x 6’-8” H
- Design Pressure: 6,000 psi
- Hydraulic Reservoir
- Supply - 20 gallon capacity
- Return - 5 gallon capacity
Key Design Features:
- Utilizes the platform’s process gas as driver for the two 6.5K PSI rated hydraulic pumps
- Used to control the Master Valve, Wing Valve, & SCSSV for three Wellheads (9 total valves) with provisions for a 4th future well
- ESD control circuits for actuation of Export & Import Riser ESDVs via pneumatically piloted interface valves
- Double block & bleed methodology utilized throughout for component isolation & maintenance
- Includes SIS Panel for safety controls & junction box for on-skid instrumentation
- Class 1 Division 1 hazardous area rated
