Define Project

Specific design-and-build projects or system in need of optimization are presented. Included in this effort is a thorough pre-process evaluation of the customer’s existing infrastructure, plus an evaluation of the feasibility of optimization for quicker, safer, and more efficient operations.

Interface Meetings

We hold strategy meetings with the customer team to review and thoroughly understand the current operation and operational needs and goals. During the sessions, we seek and gather staff input and statistical data to create initial sketches and drawings to meet the client’s operational goals.

Proposal/Approval

Our team creates a formal proposal, which acts as a narrative map of the specific services we will provide, and the end results the client will realize. The overview often includes photos and optional concepts that may be implemented during the project. The customer reviews the proposal and provides Stella Maris with feedback. The Stella Maris team executes the necessary changes based on customer feedback for a final review. If Stella Maris is given the go-ahead, we commence work on the project.

Production

Once the design phase is completed and the detailed drawings are finalized and approved, all necessary building components for the project are gathered to build the system to the client’s precise specifications for optimal field performance. Quality is controlled by securing components from only the most reputable and trusted vendors. Precision remains the first and foremost concern throughout the production process.

Testing

Stella Maris writes its own factory acceptance test, which rigorously tests the limits of each system we build. After the in-house testing is completed, we invite the client to review the testing and results for their input. Post-production, local or on-site testing and training ensures proper functionality for seamless integration and increased total control of the customer’s existing operation’s infrastructure. This meticulous post-production testing ensures that the resulting technology exceeds expectations.
